Works perfectly, simple yet functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like how this one is fairly simple (not a ton of weird parts or specialized sections to put things) but had all the features i need (various power modes, delay start so it runs over night) plus it is whisper quiet and much more powerful than my old 1990s classic dishwasher. And the energy efficiency rating is great.

Steep learning curve and LONG cycle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old dishwasher was 20 years old and had more options. This new one has less options, but seems more difficult to program. Most problematic is that an appliance supposedly more energy efficient takes twice as long to cycle, meaning a longer time to empty and reload! Almost two hours for a normal cycle, really? And even though I appreciate the larger capacity, the racks seem far more flimsy and require a very delicate touch to roll in and out. It's cleaning my dishes so I can and will give it an A+ for that.
