Takes too long

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately we didn’t realize there is no ‘quickwash’ feature, but even so, the simple cycle is way too long. Well over an hour to wash dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New dishwasher was installed and when running for the first time found out that it wasn't working correctly. After having it diagnosed it's determined that the circulation pump is defective and doesn't work. The part was ordered and we are waiting for the warranty work to be completed.

Quiet and Cleans Well

Not as good as expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher cleans dishes well, about as quiet as I expected it to be. Installation went well without any issues. Two main takeaways after a few weeks of use. First, the buttons don't have a positive feel. Sometimes require 2 or 3 attempt to start the machine. Second, the wheels on the bottom basket don't align with the tub after it is pulled out all the way. When rolling the basket back into the machine, the whole thing slams, rattling every dish and bowl until it gets on the track. Poor design. Something I would expect to see on a lower level appliance.

Cleans well, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a few problems installing it. My biggest concern was not seeing the panels when the door is closed because the counter is so low. The directions were of no help i explaining that I push the start button, then close the door. I cannot see what cylce the machine is on.
Also, The under tube that spins under the top rack, has come off several times. Now we know how to replace it, but to have it happen within the first two weeks?
