Overall solid unit, but issues with racks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally happy with the purchase of this dishwasher. It is quiet and cleans well. However, despite following the loading instructions in the manual, dishes and bowls do not sit properly in racks. Also, the lower rack gets stuck when attempting to pull it all the way out to load and unload. You have to pull hard and that jolts the rack and the dishes, etc., get shaken out of place. I have looked to see if there is something blocking the casters from rolling smoothly all the. way in and out and there does not seem to be anything blocking it. Perhaps a defective unit or a design flaw? Also, the silverware rack is slightly smaller than the depth of the bottom rack and seems to float in the bottom rack and doesn't seem to fit properly. I have looked online to find answers to see if I am doing something wrong but cant find anything. Probably would not buy again, but generally for the price, this unit does an OK job.

Squeaky Clean Dishes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way it cleans. As for loading, I’m still working on the best configuration. A couple of negative observations are worth mentioning: the grey interior makes it difficult to see- do wish it were white. Secondly, there is no place/area for bigger bowls or a larger Corning ware cooking pot.
I’ve not washed many loads, but am very happy with the results so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an official rocket scientist, I can’t say enough good about this dishwasher. There’s no weird smells before or after a wash. There’s no water left in the bottom of the drum after a wash. I don’t have to wash my dishes twice to get the crap off of them. From fine China to Tupperware, everything comes out super clean and actually smells wonderful. A give this dishwasher the best rating I can which is five rockets!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 25yr old Frigidaire with of course, another Frigidaire product. The only problem we have encountered so far is we thought there might be a problem starting the equipment. Why you ask, it is so quit we had to put our hand on it to feel it working. Not only that, the cleanliness of the dishes is more than can be expected.
