Fire hazard

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had been a good dishwasher. Suddenly stopped working 2 days ago. I took apart the door panel to inspect the latch and found that the wires were burnt and exposed. I don’t believe it should have done this!

Loving my dishwasher!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A fabulous dishwasher, especially in this price category. It has an elegant finish and resists fingerprints. My dishes come out sparkling! Very easy to use. I wasn’t sure if I’d like having the buttons on the top but they’re convenient and I love the look. Very happy so far.

By far this is the best dishwasher I have used/come into contact with. Thus far I have not had any issues or complaints regarding my dishwasher. If anything, the biggest question I'm always asked...is it on? I am so glad we made this purchase, actually we purchased a bundle of Frigidaire appliances, and by far, the best purchase we made since we closed on our house!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's beautiful and it does clean really well. However, it is loud. We don't know if it's supposed to be that way, but it's been like that since we had it installed less than a year ago. Other than that we do really like it.

Thank you for your feedback. Your dishwasher with its Precision Direct Wash System has many enhancements to reduce its sound level. Still, it is normal to hear some of what is going on inside. The wash cycles include several instances of water entering the unit (splashing), the wash pump running to spray water on the dishware (motor & splashing), and the drain pump running to discharge the dirty water and soils. Variations in the pumping/spraying sounds are normal. During a cycle, the pump switches on
and off many times, and the operation switches back and forth between wash arms to provide the best cleaning performance.
