Doesn't dry

I've tried all the steps listed in the manual to get the machine to dry the dishes. Nothing has helped. The benefit of the generally shoddy nature of the design is that it will probably fail after a couple of years, and we can replace it with a competent machine.

Loud and Slow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wash cycles take FOREVER (1hr+). And the machine is loud. Not obnoxiously loud, but you definitely know when it is running when you walk in the room.

Our product line contains other dishwashers with shorter cycles and even a quick wash option. It is normal for dishwashers to be heard as the dBA for this unit is 54.
