Barely a year old...

Good thing our dishwasher is under warranty because it's motor is running, but water isn't filling or draining. We're a family of 5 and we thought this dishwasher had been good to us so far, but it's barely a year old and it's already malfunctioning. To be honest, we might not even bother with the warranty and never buy another Frigidaire product again so long as we live. This company doesn't stand behind their products, if they did their products wouldn't die in less than a year. And just in case you're wondering, our dishwasher is completely cleaned inside and out on the first of every month. I clean the filters weekly to make sure anything that could create an issue, doesn't create an issue. We use it daily, but we take care of our appliances because we need them to last. This dishwasher is garbage, save yourself the trouble and buy a Maytag. We won't be making the same mistake twice!

Check the features carefully before selecting this model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the standard dishwasher that the builder offered for my new home. My fault for not looking at it more closely. If I had, I might have possibly selected an upgrade but when building a new house, you have hundreds of decisions and this one fell through the cracks. This model does not have a 1-hour quick wash for normal levels of soiling. In addition, the controls and indicators are hidden along the top edge (not visible when door is closed). While some might find this attractive, I like to be able to see the controls so that I can be clear going on and that it's running the cycle you think you selected (it seems to default to heavy duty options). Instead, you have to listen to get your ques for starts and stops.

Good machine but spring support did not last
