Dishes Get Clean! Read for why 4 stars..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this has been a great dishwasher. My dishes have been coming out clean every time. A few minor water spots have come up on my plastic blender bottles, but all of the glass dishes seem to be shiny and blemish free. All in all, I am pleased with this dishwasher
So why 4 stars? There are a few minor things that I feel this dishwasher is lacking. The first being no "pause button". There is only a cancel button and there are those times when you forget to put something in and you want to pause it real quick to add a few more things. Lastly, although there is great space in this dishwasher, I do wish there was the 3rd rack on top that is becoming quite convenient in many new dishwashers now because the grated surface has many small boxes meaning nothing will fall through which although is rare, can sometimes happen on a traditional top rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my dishwasher a great deal, I have found that it’s hard to push the buttons, they are flat but it doesn’t register that you pushed it right away. It does, however gives an excellent wash and heated dry.

Bladespray Arm burned through and house smells terrible

I have had this machine since I purchased my home 8/2020 and only been able use it a handful of times. I went over a year hand washing my dishes since the Bladespray arm would fall off and end up burning with the heating element at the bottom. I recently tried using it again a couple times and the arm has burned through see photos below. Guess I am better off handwashing dishes again!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher started leaking out of nowhere. Contacted support and technician came over to diagnose. Turned out the tub was cracked. Ordered new tub and upon installation discovered that this one is cracked too. We are about a month in now of trying to sort this out.
