Your product hasn’t worked since I moved in the a new house on Dec14 2021. Called warranty and still not appointment or repair

Dishwasher is louder than we expected. We also have to do some rinsing of certain dishes before adding them to the dishwasher since pots and pans sometimes do not come out clean.
