Wheels are stuck

Brand new unit and the plastic top rack wheels are stuck inside the metal bar -- they don't roll inside it like they are supposed to, they just drag when I try to pull out/push in the top rack.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works very well. This is not a high end appliance but it is just what we were looking for and it performs great. I wish it came with the silverware slots but other than that I would definitely recommend.
