Top rack track sticks from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our top rack never rolled smoothly. The metal track grabs the plastic wheel on the right and is slowly shredding it. We are hoping at some point the plastic on the inside edge of the wheel gets worn enough that it fits nicely in the track and maybe rolls. Until then we will have to lift and slide. It works well enough for cleaning dishes but do not underestimate the value of quieter models. This one has a plastic interior and is definitely louder than our last dishwasher which we miss.

Klunky loading...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We did not seek out this dish washer, but, it was instead chosen for us as an appliance when we moved into our home.
That being said, it runs quiet, it's efficient, and gets the dishes clean!

Drawback? It's a bit klunky to load. They did provide a diagram of how to load it effectively, but it doesn't feel intuitive to us, and so the glasses and dishes can rattle about, and we've noticed some scuff marks on our glasses in the same location on each glass, appearing to be from the rack. I'm not sure that we should have to understand too complicated a process to efficiently load dishes in to a dishwasher...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans my dishes pretty well, however I notice that sometimes the utensils dont get all the way clean. That could however be my detergent but everything else is clean so I'm not sure. Also the dishwasher is very loud. I know many are like that but especially in my smaller kitchen it is a little overwhelming.

Great Starter Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This might not have automatic sensors or a built-in disposal, but it has great room and it's well laid out. It is easy to load and load well with no awkward spacing. I do wish the top rack had a little more vertical space as some of my medium-sized bowls do not fit. Seems to do well with not leaving the dishes wet after washing (I recommend using rinse aid too).
