[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very sorry I bought this dishwasher. The only good thing is that it’s quiet. It seems to be designed by somebody who never used a dishwasher. It is very hard to load. The section of 1” posts in the bottom doesn’t hold anything. The silverware basket has 2 larger sections that hold nothing upright. I knew the top rack was not adjustable but it is too high - doesn’t even hold tall glasses or small salad plates. There are several gaps that you can’t put juice glasses or other small items near because they fall over or through to the bottom. I spend a lot of time trying to get things in places that will hold them. The pictures are a joke - who usually loads 12 or 14 saucers? The only good thing is that it is very quietI wish I could return this dishwasher. because I have used several others and never had these issues.
