Doesn’t dry plastic and dishes well at all

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Extremely basic and bottom line dishwasher. The door spring broke the first week. Drying is horrendous. Plastic won’t dry. This came with the house we bought, I’d return it if we bought it at the store

Very Nice Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago, and installed it in early April. Overall it is a very nice dishwasher. If I could have given it 4.5 stars, I would have. The stainless steel and hidden display really helps elevate the appeal of the kitchen. The dishes come out clean. The unit is quiet; it had a comparable db level as my previous dishwasher, but I think my previous dishwasher was louder. My only nominal complaint, but it is unclear if it is operator error, is that when the bottom tray is pulled out over the door all the way, then it has to be lifted up towards the back in order to be able to push it back into the unit; in addition, when on heated dry there is a nominal amount of residual water that remains either on some of the surfaces of the dishes that are concave and on the door (however, it maybe an unrealistic expectation that all the water evaporate relative to the current power consumption).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was purchased in December, however, I did not get it installed until a month ago. This was a great choice and buy. I was very skeptical about buying this product since all my other products are Samsung. But, what do you know. I went on a limb to buy it and wow, just like that it has become a great added addition to our kitchen.
