We hate to hear you are having problems with your dishwasher. Here are some tips that may resolve the issue with the unit not draining properly. If a drain air gap was installed for your dishwasher, please check to make sure it is clean. If the unit is hooked up to a food waste disposer, make sure the disposer is empty and the knockout plug has been removed from inside the food disposer. Also, assure the drain hose isn’t kinked and the glass trap is maintained and installed properly. We would love to know what parts are missing so we can see what options are available to have them replaced. Works well and is super quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher works well and is super quiet. Only issue is that the cabinetry counter overhang hides the controls, no problem when starting, but knowing when it is finished. Cant see the indicator light.

Ridiculous

Since using it brand new, I’ve only gotten 2 uses out of it. Now it doesn’t want to start again. The light keeps blinking about 10 times and it turns off. Can someone please send me to the correct department? This is very upsetting that this is a brand new dishwasher and I’ve only used it twice before it stopped working.

Poor Quality

I bought this model back in April. After about 8 months of use (1-2 times a day on average), it will not work. I was able to discover that the inlet water valve is malfunctioning, so water will not fill. The dishwasher will still run the entire cycle. Have to replace this part only after 8 months, in my opinion, is a lack of a quality product. I am trying to find this part with no luck, so I may have to replace the whole thing. I will never buy this brand again.

Poor quality

Terrible

I’ve had this dishwasher since May. It’s terrible. There is a constant film on my dishes and I end up washing by hand anyways. I tried vinegar I use natural detergent. Would not recommend

Double check to make sure your valve is completely open and that the connection isn’t blocked, obstructed, pinched, or restricted in any way. You can also disconnect power to the dishwasher for 3 minutes to reset any internal computers to see if this allows for proper filling.
