Broken after first wash

Broken after one week

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it installed in one of my rental. Tenant called after one week saying it had stopped working, plus she can't close the door. No light on any of the touch pads and the door wasn't able to close because the mechanism that line up the door and the main body don't lined up. Though my electrical was bad so I cycle the circuit breaker to that line. The light on the touch pads came on and quickly disappeared. Called for service and that was ok, accept the service person shown up without parts because the scheduling person didn't give him proper information that I provided. To sum it up, the service person had to replace the door latch mechanism, and the control board to the push pads. I am hoping it won't give any more problem and last the next few years.
I am giving it one star because of my experience with this particular unit. The service person made the comment about how they built thousands of these at a time and things like this tend to happen.

Worst purchase

I bought this dishwasher but I regret it now. Not only the dishes are NOT clean even after "heavy wash' but also it doesn't dry well. I complained about it and the company told me to do this and that which I did, but the problem still the same. Please think before buying this appliance.

Regarding the dishwasher not drying the dishes, make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the High option on the model. During the high option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. This helps the dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying performance by adding additional rinse aid and increasing the water temperature. Quit working after 9 wks

I bought this dishwasher July 10th and the touch-tone panel went out September 16th. I'm waiting now for an authorized dealer to come and repair it or replace that panel. So disappointed because I really did like the dishwasher quite a lot.

Not a good dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second of these in two weeks and I'm getting it replaced again. I've had nothing but problems with this product. It wasn't drying correctly leaving water everywhere. The replacement i received has problems with the tracks. I'm really disappointed in this product and my refrigerator I bought as even more problems.
