Washer sucks

Owned brand new after buying new to me home 1 yr ago .... nothing but trouble with the door latch sensor and control pad ..... been babying it for a year now looking for replacement parts because the babying has totally stopped ... I think we had it for a month before we had to start cutting power slamming the door and or resetting the start 50 times to get it to do a cycle ..., piece of trash I miss appliances that lasted 20 years with minimal maintenance and controls that you know engaged when pressed

Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for another Frigidaire dishwasher. The rack wires are much thinner and did not have adjustable features of the old dishwasher, so we kept the bottom rack and silverware basket. Versatility wise....this is an average dishwasher.
After 1 wash cycle, the door was misaligned and the dishwasher would not close. We called Frigidaire and they sent a repairman at no charge. It has been fine ever since. No harm/no foul.
Learning to work the controls took a bit....clear directions are not included, but we figured it out. It gets our dishes clean. We always use no heat dry....there is always water sitting in the bottom of the plastic cups, which is typical for a dishwasher.
The BEST part of this dishwasher is how QUIET it is compared to our old one! High marks for that....otherwise this would have been an "average" dishwasher worth only 3 stars.

Thank you Tomtom6542, for reaching out to us regarding your dishwasher not drying your dishes. We recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, the “Heat Dry” option is selected, and you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid.
Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle.

Frigidaire was a waste of money

We bought all new kitchen appliances last year. We loved how they looked. However, two months in, the refrigerator stopped working, completely. All of our food wasted, and we had to live out of coolers for two weeks due to the repair people only working in our area one day a week, then had to order the part... this was in July! It was awful. Now the dishwasher won’t work! The stove does not heat evenly and heats up to top temp on 2... I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance!

Well worth the money.

Does not dry and difficult to load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does not dry dishes regardles of the setting. Dishes remain wet after each use and must be dried before being put away. The design of the bottom wrack makes it difficult to load larger cookware.

Small capacity and complicated to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This item was purchased for my new construction home. Overall capacity is very small. Racks have short prongs that don't really allow you to divide dishes so they all flop around. Buttons are hard to activate for start up and also unable to turn off heat drying

Not happy

I bought this on May 6th 2020 and it was delivered on May 27th, I had it installed on May 28th and it didn't work. I called Frigidaire and still no new dishwasher.
