Thank you for taking the time to share your dishwasher experience, witty. I recommend making sure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees, the correct amount of detergent is being used, no large pots or pans blocking the spray arm, and you're using rinse aid. For the odor, you may find that leaving the door slightly open while soiled dishes are left in, run an empty cycle on the hot wash and use a cup of vinegar to help reduce odors. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the worst dishwasher i have ever had. The dishwasher does not dry very well and after owning it for one month, and all the water that has stayed in the unit, it is starting to smell very bad. we have to leave to door open, and wipe it down, to help dry it out.

Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line. There are also several options for dishwasher cleaners to freshen up the interior. Broke already after one use

Got the plumber they told us it’s manufacturer defect.Now I have to call cause it’s sti under warranty but I don’t have a receipt cause it came with the new home construction.

Horrible operation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product almost two years ago and it has never done a good job cleaning my dishes and they are soak and wet when I take them out even when I let them stay overnight the next morning the dishes are still wet.

Feels Cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came in our new build home. We've been in the house for three days and have already begun to look for a new dishwasher. The interior is all plastic and feels very cheap. The track for the racks is basically non-existant and the rack slides all over the place. Our dishes seem like they're going to break the racks.

Terrible experience

I bought one and it immediately needed a part replaced. The store I purchased it from was kind enough to replace the whole unit. The new one has a bad latch that needs to be replaced. It's been over a month, two dishwashers and we have yet to run one load!

This dishwasher doesn't dry no matter what buttons you press. To dry, venting is needed. Most dishwashers have vents....power assisted and passive. This dishwasher doesn't. The heated dry cycle doesn't work. In fact the Drying light is missing from the console. You have to open the door and pull out the racks and let the water dry. We've also had trouble with the wheels on the racks not turning making pulling out the rack a problem. This appliance is made in America and is junk. Don't buy.

For the best dry performance, please ensure your rinse aid is full, hot water is being used in the cycle, and Air Dry is not activated.
