[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model came in the new home we bought. Average at best. Top rack too short for dinner glasses and bottom rack too short for baking pans. Can’t wait to upgrade. Very disappointing in a brand new home. Builder grade I guess. Dishes never dry after cycle

Hi, Angda! We are bummed to hear that you are not fully satisified with the design of your dishwasher. Please know that our design and engineer teams are constantly monitoring our brand pages for feedback and experiences; such as yours, for future reference.
Some tips that can alleviate any drying matter, is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct, using the correct cycle setting, using rinse aid, and loading the dishes properly can assist with the dishes drying properly.
If the previous information does not resolve your concerns, feel free to reach out to us at 1-800-374-4432 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-8pm EST at your convenience.

You get what you pay for

We bought this dishwasher last month. It is a no frills, average dishwasher. It was the least expensive, best rated dishwasher we could find in black stainless. It cleans just fine. It is not super quiet. The heated drying feature is almost ok. There is always a good bit water on the dishes and in the dishwasher at the end of the cycle. If I don’t use the high temp wash, the water is only lukewarm. This is in spite of the fact that the water coming out of my kitchen faucet is already super hot. Weird. In the end, I’ve figured out how to get the most out of a low end unit. I wish I had spent another $100 and gotten a better unit.

Hi, LindaLL.
We appreciate your review and making us part of your household.
Your voice matters to us as we constantly strive to be the best home appliance company in North America.
I am disappointed to learn you are not getting the best drying performance from your dishwasher. I can understand the inconvenience this matter poses.
Have you checked your drain hose for any kinks or clogs?
I recommend checking your water temperature. Please review page 10 of your dishwasher’s “Use & Care” guide on how to check your household’s water temp. Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Also, increasing your rinse aid helps with the drying process.
Have you measured the temperature from your faucet? When the HI-TEMP WASH option is selected, your dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140°F. This increase in water temperature helps your dishwasher detergent remove food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying.
Did you know? Your dishwasher is an ENERGY STAR® Certified appliance. Most ENERGY STAR® Certified appliances use less energy, reducing your energy usage, and ultimately lowering your utility bills. Also, most energy-efficient dishwashers’ uses water-saving techniques which can save you money and diverts less water from our rivers, bays, and estuaries which helps keep the environment healthy. It may reduce water and wastewater treatment costs and the amount of energy used to treat, pump, and heat water. This lowers energy demand, which helps prevent air pollution.
Feel free to give us a call, should the suggestions prove ineffective. Our team will be happy to assist you further. We can be reached by dialing 800-374-4432 and available Monday through Friday from 8am-8pm EST.
Regards-Derrick

Okay Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came with our new home and we were excited about the different features that it has. However, after trying out a few different wash cycle options, nothing seems to get our dishes completely dry, leaving a slightly musty smell behind after every wash. We end up having to wipe off or air dry most of the dishes before putting them away.

We’ve owned ours 1 year exactly. The compartment that the rinse aid goes in messed up after about 3 months- not a biggie but irritating. I came home tonight to the blue and gray thing in the middle that I assume sprays the water out melted to the hot coil!!! As much as I paid for this thing it shouldn’t lasted well over a year and of course it’s now out of warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was in the model home I bought, and although it cleans well, it does not so a very thorough job of drying the dishes. Always have to open the door for sev hrs or put dishes on a dish rack to complete drying.

Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line.
