Repair after 1st use

Just OK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] On the cheap side. It came with the new home we purchased and the builder purchased low end. Doesn't dry dishes no matter what setting it's on and it's just OK.

Washes well, but drying needs improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful machine, and the washing seems to do a good job. However, the drying leaves much to be desired. The dishes are dry, but there is a lot of water on the walls and floor of the machine that a stench develops because of the water that stagnates inside the body of the machine. I was told to use a rinse agent, which I did, but that did not improve the situation. I've taken to using a hand towel to dry the inside so that the musty, moldy smell does not develop, and I don't have to smell it every time I open the dishwasher. I've had much older machines (10+ years) that did a better job.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible

New house and we had our dishwasher for one year and the motor went out with minimal use. We were out of warravnty by two months. We have been waiting two weeks for new motor. Product and service all around horrible experience. Thinking of switching out to new unit
