Doesn't dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As many of the other reviews of this product said, this dishwasher doesn't dry well. It looks nice and isn't loud, but that's about where the positives end. The dishwasher runs for 2 hours (I've heard that's common for these new dishwashers) and there's no quick option. And when it finishes, the dishes are always wet. So I guess as long as it's you're only expecting a dishwasher, not a dish dryer, you'd be satisfied...I'm not

Hello, carlvc. I hate to hear that you are not satisfied with your dishwasher. To improve drying performance, make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your hot water heater is set to at least 120F, you are running the hot water in the sink prior to starting the dishwasher, and you are loading the dishwasher according to the instructions in the manual. Some tips that may alleviate your drying matter is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Ensuring that the incoming water is correct and using rinse aid, can assist with your dishes drying properly.

WET DISHES

I have not found anyway to wash dishes and the dishes being dry. Dishwasher is very quite.

I would recommend checking a few things, make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Not a fit for my kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought dishwasher a month ago. Handle on front of dishwasher sets out too far and the cabinet drawer will no open because of handle. Did not realize this until installed.

It’s so quiet!

It has a number of choices of wash cycle, including top rack only, and you can barely hear it. Our dishes have never been so clean! Can’t believe we waited so long to replace our old dinosaur!

Cleans great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this dishwasher to replace one that had went out. Our only problem was that the intake water hose connection was not the same size. With some ingenuity of my husband, he was able to find the connectors to decrease the size of water line! Works great, and i really like the controls on the top panel, so that grandkids who like to push buttons, cannot change my settings!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has worked well since we've moved into our new build home. The outside looks very nice and goes well with our other appliances. The only feature I would love is for the top rack to be adjustable. Some cups do not fit in the top shelf.
