Some helpful tips that can alleviate most drying and cleaning matters, is to ensure that the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit.
Ensuring that the incoming water is correct, loading your dishwasher properly, along with using rinse aid, can assist with your dishes drying properly.

Doesn’t dry plastic

Terrible Dish Racks

I would give it 3 stars because it does clean the dishes fine. It's functional. However, a 3 star rating, I fear, would hold back some of the weight of my frustration regarding these cheaply built, flimsy, barely functional dish racks.
The bottom design is horrible for putting anything other than plates in which, as a household who preferes to wash everything in the dishwasher, this means less dishes per load and more cycles. Terribly inefficient. Also, the width of the bottom rack is too narrow for the tracking system integrated in the door making it wobble around aimlessly when pulling it in and out. Then there's the silverware basket. It's too short, so it slides back and forth banging the front and back of the bottom rack when moving. It's also too narrow to sit securely in the side of the rack.
Then there's the top rack... getting the cups and bowls in is fine. Things can be arranged neatly to get a decent amount of dishes in the top (although this does little to counter the poor spacial efficacy of the bottom rack) however, the sliders are of poor design and material quality. The broke up sheet metal roller ways are flimsy and have inconsistent roller clearance. The actual rollers attached to the rack and inside the ways are plastic/rubber wheels on plastic bushings that roll very poorly, get stuck constantly and just slip/rub inside the roller way instead of rolling. That mixed with over clearanced outer rollers loosely mounted inside the dishwasher create a disastrous system of a top dish rack. Pulling on it anywhere other than the center causes the rack to severely bind making putting dishes in the top rack a more nuanced and carefully attentive experience than should be required. Even pulling from the center is ineffective, as the rollers are sticking, rubbing and sliding causing a herky-jerky action of the rack which leads to already placed dishes banging around in the rack which will inevitably lead to breakage.
Overall, I'm dissatisfied with the ergonomics of the unit, especially regarding the dish racks. If it wasn't for the fact that it was included with our home purchase, I would be returning it for a different washer. And I still might switch to something else.
But like I said, it cleans well which is the ultimate outcome desired. It could dry better, but that's fine. It just disappoints me that quality designed and built products are becoming a thing of the past but prices somehow keep going up. It's amazing isn't it?

Poor Quality

This dishwasher came with my home. The door doesn't shut right without manipulation. The bottom rack when you pull out falls off the side. Takes way to long to run. Very disappointed. No recommendation.

Adequate

It's fine, but we have found that we have to leave the door propped open in order for the dishes to fully dry. Frankly, we use it mostly as a drying location instead of as a proper dishwasher.

works well except one annoying behavior

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lower rack isn't set up to smoothly traverse the gap between door and inside rails, whcih causes a heavy load of dishes to crash down when the rack is pulled out pulled out or crash up when pushed in, and therefore increases the risk of breaking or chipping the dishes..Otherwise everythnig else works well.
