Inside zipper came broken. Seems like it will break easily.

Thanks for this feedback. The lack of zipper pull on the lining is intentional as this is not intended for consumer use. The purpose of this zipper is so that if we need to make a repair to wheels or the handle, we can easily do so without the lining. This bag does carry a ten-year warranty.
