USB-C Cable? [Question]

I've bought this monitor but haven't gotten it yet, and I'm wondering if there is a USB-c cable included in the box. I presume it will have a charging cable, but will I need a usb-c to usb-c cable in order to charge/send data to/from my UBS-c-enabled laptop (HP spectre x360)?
Please advise. This review can be deleted once my question is answered.
