Great customer service! The Energy Star is such a plus and keeps all my item fresh. The freezer keeps my ice cream frozen !! Just in time for summer! You can't go wrong with this GE !!

Overall Happy with this Refrigerator

Overall I am very pleased with my new GE Refrigerator. Like many others I rely on previous comments to determine if I will purchase an item. This was a tough one since many comments on many refrigerators were good and bad making it difficult to choose. I finally went for it, purchased this GE mostly because I am limited on space in my kitchen and therefore have very few choices. One of the most common negative comments on this refrigerator was the noise level (high noise). So now the GE has been here for just over a month. I am very pleased overall but I do agree, it is noisy. But here’s the thing for me…it’s only noisy when it runs, which is not all the time. And when you are standing right next to it, it can be loud. But so are other things in my house. Room air conditioners, heating system etc, etc. So it does not bother me like it may other folks. It is a negative, but overall I am happy with my new refrigerator. I guess new buyers need to determine for themselves how much noise they can tolerate.

I really think that it should have a shelf way at the bottom of the fridge door! It’s like a big space that is screaming add something here. Other than that, it’s fairly decent. Trays could be sturdier as far as adjusting them is concerned. Nice product though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
