the bottom of the carry-on was torn with a single use. It has not been due to misuse. The material is simply cheap and crap. This is only a carry-on. The wheels are so small that the rest of the carry-on bottom is touching most of the time the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this bag three weeks ago. The zipper is broken in the middle of the first trip. Both inside and outside fabric are tore apart after 3 days use. Imagine you have a broken bag with all your belongings in a middle of trip. It is truly a junk.

FIRST TIME USED IT THE ZIPPER IN THE END BROKE. WE ARE GOING TO RETURN THE BAG AND LOOK AT ONE THAT COST MORE MONEY MAYBE IT WILL HOLD UP BETTER. THE BAG WAS NOT OVERPACKED AND CERTAINLY NOT ABUSED. ONLY HAD IT FOR A WEEK.

Great storage poor design

This bag hold a lot but there is a major design flaw with the bottom end when standing up or rolling. There is no protection for the zipper and the normal wear and use has caused the zipper to separate from the bag
