Damage every time we travel

We purchased 6 pieces of this luggage in small, medium, and large sizes. Every time we travel we end up with one less piece. The zipper area became unstitched on one and two others cracked. We are now down to 3 pieces a year later.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Buying a second medium one because it’s light, sturdy and the wheels are holding well and spinning smoothly even after a good number of transatlantic and transpacific flights with close to limit weight. Yes it gets scratched like any other hardshell would, but that’s a given for frequent flyers.
