Looks good, very lite, wheels are excellent but the outer shell cracked after two trips. Very disappointed with this luggage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this over the thanksgiving holiday. On both legs of the trip, the connecting clip that holds on one side came loose. Very irritating to open my suitcase and have all my clothes fall out. You really need to go back to the zipper that you had before. if the airlines hadn't wrecked my bag, I would not have needed a new one and my old one had the zipper
