Hard case cracked on first use

I bought this one month ago and used it on a single trip. Once I returned, the suitcase had two cracks in the hard case. Materials should be able to withstand normal travel conditions with the airlines.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great quality. Great size. Fits easily into UNITED carry-on bag sizer and fit inside/along lines of American Airlines bag sizer as well. Unable to locate Delta bag sizer. Great purchase.

Bought this to use on a trip, and it cracked on the top when it turned on it's side. It wasn't dropped. This should be a lot more durable. Looking to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought my first Samsonite suitcase and I am very happy with the purchase. I have got a good deal, quick delivery, stylish look, nice rolling wheels. The only downside is first scratches after the first use but this is due to the nature of the used material and airlines handling. Overall 5 stars.
