[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Excellent bag with ample room. Beautiful inside and out with a classy look to it. Sporty but not too much. Very good for business meetings. Lots of pockets and compartments that are quite useful. Lightweight, comfortable handle. Really love this backpack and planned on using it for a long time. However, I received the bag with a flaw/abrasion on one of the shoulder straps - wrote Samsonite simply asking for an even exchange (3 days ago-wrote Samsonite again today; no number to call and talk to a rep, nothing on website). Sill waiting for a reply in hopes of getting a new replacement bag sent to me asap since this new bag came with the flaw/tear in shoulder strap. Love this bag but really would appreciate Samsonite sending me a new one. Thought better of Samsonite and hoping they will do right by me. #sweepstakes
