[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this over the thanksgiving holiday. On both legs of the trip, the connecting clip that holds on one side came loose. Very irritating to open my suitcase and have all my clothes fall out. You really need to go back to the zipper that you had before. if the airlines hadn't wrecked my bag, I would not have needed a new one and my old one had the zipper

Very sturdy product. Love the blue colour. The spinner wheel works like a dream and there is plenty of room inside. The only reason why it lost a star is that the flap you close one side of your suitcase with attaches only by two hooks so it's not really sturdy enough to keep your clothes at bay when you're opening up the suitcase.
