Quality and guarantee of the products Samsonite

I was very happy with my bags. But I got one of them broken in the penthouse. I’m very upset. And I don’t know how to try to solve this while in Canada. Is this kind of issue handled under Samsonite’s guarantee?

I received this set today and the luggage was severely damaged. The quality and sustainability of this product couldn't handle a UPS delivery, chances are that it might not be able to handle the airport. Incredibly disappointing. Poor product quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Online it was amazing looking and when I got it and took out of the shipping box it was very pretty other than the crack on the top side and then after looking at it, it was cheaply made but the price was not cheap. When I tried talking online to someone for help they wasn't very nice at all. But I found a number to the company and that lady was very nice and helpful she is why I'm giving them a 3 stars if not it would be 1 star. But I would not buy that set luggage its not sturdy and its flimsy.

I needed an updated set of travel luggage, and I wanted Samsonite. This was the best price I found and the most up to date. All other department stores were charging more for just one piece, and the price I found here on the Samsonite website was the best price. The department stores don't even have the newer styles and models. I am really satisfied with this purchase.

We have only used it once, but it is so lightweight that you have to be careful that you do not go over the 50 pounds when using the larger suitcase. It rolls easily on hard surfaces; carpet is a bit more challenging. I choose the blue, navy color which makes it very easy to spot in the luggage carousel.
