Well built plus the textured surface doesn't mar

These are working out well on a current trip. Bags made it through the airlines without any visible scratches probably due to the textured surface (as compared to the Winfield 2).
The only slight issue I may have is the single solid divider for the suitcases. You need to be sure which side has the divider when opening the case in order to avoid all of your items falling onto the other half of the suitcase. Beyond that, the cases were light yet still provided great protection. We bought 2 sets!

I received this set today and the luggage was severely damaged. The quality and sustainability of this product couldn't handle a UPS delivery, chances are that it might not be able to handle the airport. Incredibly disappointing. Poor product quality.

This product does scratch and get marked up. It looks terrible on a light color. I would suggest black. Very disappointed

I was very happy with my bags. But I got one of them broken in the penthouse. I’m very upset. And I don’t know how to try to solve this while in Canada. Is this kind of issue handled under Samsonite’s guarantee?
