[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with my "New" GE Disposal. As the product Name sells itself alone, let alone the products reputation. I would buy almost anything that is made by GE. Because you know they NEVER put their name on something that isn't of good quality and that lasts...

Sink flange is made of plastic. So it is to thick and keeps water from draining all the way down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replace and older GE model and it was very simple. Very basic tools and mechanical ability needed. This model is much quiter than our old disposal. It states it is septic system safe. Our last one made it 12 years with heavy use. I'm sure this one will too.
