[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not overly handy so I'm not sure if this has something to do with the sink I bought or the disposal itself.
The opening or the mouth of the garbage disposal is on the smaller side. I find myself constantly needing to "feed" the disposal by pushing waste into the hole. It also backs up easily since the hole is on the smaller side.

Only reason I gave an overall ratring of good instead of excellent is that I had a very difficult time installing the cushion mount - getting in the grove into the lip of the lip on the sink flange installed properly. Very difficult holding the sink flange up while lining up the grove. Finally goit it in the grove properly (I think), then couldn't get the hopper projections all the way to the left (only about 1/2 way). Checked it out and have a slight water leak which I hope will clear up afer awhile
