The disposal was as easy to install as the video showed. It replaced a 32 year old GE disposal and everything fit like it was supposed to.

Easy to install but loud & inefficient

I bought this disposer a month ago and replaced it with another brand a week ago. The GE was easy to install but it was very loud, vibrated heavily, and took a long time to grind the food. The other brand is quiet and sends garbage down the drain quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to install

This replaces an older GE model I’ve had for 25 years. I am a single middle-aged woman and was able to install it in a couple of hours. It could’ve been done sooner if the plumbing didn’t need replacing due to age.
Very happy, especially since it’s smaller than the older device.
