While, the first attempt didn't work. Victrola quickly sent out a 2nd clock radio and it worked perfectly.

Luckily, I didn’t buy this clock radio for the radio. I wanted a vintage style clock that would charge my phone and connect via Bluetooth. It does that! The radio works, but the volume knob is pretty wonky! Every time I touch it when the radio is on, it crackles with static and is either deafeningly loud, nothing but static, or no sound at all. This does not happen when connected to Bluetooth. This is my second try with this radio. The first one I received didn’t work at all, except for the clock, but the time couldn’t be changed. However, customer service was great! I’ll keep this one, wonky knob included. I don’t want to push my luck.
