Wonderful Overall Stroller

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I had been debating buying a jogging stroller since our daughter was born 17 months ago. We had already purchased a high-end traditional stroller so I was unsure if it would be worth the money and the space it would take up to store it. Furthermore, I don’t like running while my husband does so I wanted something that I could use as well. Thank you to the weeSpring Parent Panel for giving us the opportunity to test such a wonderful stroller. I am going to break my review up into the different areas that were most important to me when considering a stroller. Assembly: My first impression when I opened the box was how easy this stroller was to put together. A lot of kid’s toys and accessories have instructions that are difficult to follow, but the stroller took me about five minutes to assemble once I got everything out of the box. The only difficult part was putting the front wheel on which my husband had to do. Accessories: I loved that this stroller came with so many different accessories (with our other stroller the extras are add ons that must be purchased separately). This stroller includes a child’s tray and a parent tray. My 17 month old is able to put her sippy cup in and out on her own. Both trays hold the cups firmly including large insulated tumblers in the parent’s tray which is a huge advantage for us. I also loved the phone clip on the parent tray. It was not big enough for my phone to fit up and down while in its case, but it did fit sideways and held my phone in place even over bumpy terrain. There is also a fairly large compartment inside the tray that holds keys or other accessories which I love. The storage compartment below the seat is comparable to my other stroller which easily holds a diaper bag and multiple other items. Ease of Use: Initially I did not like the mechanism that changes the seat recline position, but once I set it to the position my daughter liked it worked fine. This stroller seat does not sit completely upright, but she seems to enjoy it as is. The buckle can be a little difficult to get used to, but works similar to the other Graco products that I have and is secure once buckled. One small complaint is that the pads on the straps very easily come off to the point that we just removed them. If she sees us getting it out, she runs over to it and starts asking to be put in it. She also loves the footrest where she can prop her feet up and this was a necessity for us because otherwise she hates being in the stroller. My husband has put over 20 miles on this stroller since we got it a few weeks ago. Our daughter loves it and doesn’t complain to get out even over multiple miles and hills. We live in East Tennessee and have some significant hills and bumpy roads in our area. One potential negative is that the handlebar is not adjustable. It works fine for my husband and me since we are 5’7” and 5’3” respectively, but this could be a challenge for taller people. The first few times of using it, the locking mechanism was difficult to use on the front wheel, but it became much easier over time as it got broken in. I do think a handbrake would be useful while jogging, however, this stroller works well enough without one. It is much more comfortable for my daughter over our hilly and bumpy roads in our neighborhood and local trails than our traditional stroller. For safety features, there is a good tether and reflectors on the wheels. While jogging, my husband says that the stroller is very smooth and easy to push. The bike tires make uneven ground and bumps very easy to navigate. It is very easy to steer even with one hand while jogging once you get used to it. It also has a good turning radius. Configurations: We only used this stroller in one configuration because our daughter only likes to be facing out and she is too large for an infant seat. However, I do like that this gives you all the options that a traditional convertible stroller does, and I think this could easily be used as your only stroller. The stroller is easy to fold and unfold with the small exception that the locking mechanism sometimes comes undone when my husband is picking it up and carrying it in certain positions. For the price, I think all that the options that this stroller gives you are amazing and certainly worth it. Overall Opinion: For the price point, the amenities are fabulous. While it was hard to decide, my favorite feature is the parent tray with the sturdy large cupholders (and there are two which allows my husband and I both to use it at the same time) and the compartment and phone holder. There are strollers at much higher prices that don’t include these features and I think it is a huge advantage for this stroller. My only complaints are just small preferences and certainly don't change my overall opinion on the stroller. It is easy to use, includes many features and options, and makes an incredible option for a mesh between a traditional and jogging stroller. I would highly recommend this stroller to friends and family.

Graco Modes game changer
on September 13, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Graco Modes Jogger stroller has been a game changer! Receiving this from the weeSpring parent panel to try was timely as our 1 year old was getting fairly big for his carrier when we would go for long walks or to a museum. And as a mom of three, I always have so much stuff! This strollers basket fit a full diaper bag backpack and a lunch bag, an umbrella, 2 full size hydro flasks, and still had room for more! The recliner mechanism is so easy to use, to unfold is one step, the wheels are super sturdy, the list could go on! To some it may seem a bit bulky, but it’s no bigger than any other jogger stroller I’ve owned. It’s lightweight for the size and easy to take in and out of the car. My one year old enjoys riding in it and it becomes a make shift nap spot if we’re out and about for a longer period of time. The only negative I have noticed is that the front wheel has a hard time with some of the angles around corners or tighter spaces, but it’s not often I’m in those settings. It’s rugged for outdoors and while jogging/ walking. Suspension is great, and handles really well with one hand.

Solid Stroller Option
on September 13, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon opening this, my first thoughts were: 1. This stroller was very easy to assemble. Snap a few parts in and done. No tools or super strength needed! 2. It's on the bigger side for strollers when unfolded, but it is huge when folded. 3. I love how easy it is to swap the seat positions. Or add a Graco car seat. 4. The phone holder part is neat!
We used it for a walk to the park, a day at the zoo, a nearby regional park, and regular day to day errands. Here are my thought after 2 weeks: 1. This stroller has large, air filled wheels that makes it smooth to push. 2. I can push it one handed very easily with my 20 lb baby, but need two hands to push my 25 lb toddler. They both fit in it very well though. 3. It doesn't seem to have a suspension system or shocks, so our walk through the regional park was very bumpy. 4. The handle bar doesn't move positions, but was comfortable for both myself (5'7") and my 6'4" husband to push. 5. This is supposed to be a one handed fold, but every time I've folded it, the front wheel sticks and I have to go to the front of the stroller to fix it before I can finish folding. It was kind of a pain. 6. The stroller folds huge. Although I realize jogger strollers tend to be bigger because of the wheels. You can take the seat off to make it smaller and the wheels can be removed fairly easily if you need it to be even smaller. It would be miserable to take it totally apart every time you put it back in your trunk though, so make sure your trunk is big enough or that you'll just leave this open at home before you buy. 7. The stroller isn't super light. It's not heavy, but it would have been nicer if it was a couple pounds lighter. 8. The phone holder is gold! I loved it. 9. The basket is a GREAT size. I wish all baskets were this large. (I'm not a runner so I can't at all review that for you. I walked quickly a few times to keep up with my toddler and it was fine for that.)
Overall, I would totally recommend this stroller as an everyday stroller. It's easy to use and has a smooth ride. It's a great stroller for one child that can grow from newborn to preschooler.
I got this stroller from WeeSpring Parent Panel to review.

Bulky, but offers a smooth ride

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product as part of the weeSpring Parent Panel and was very excited to use it! When it arrived, it took about 20 minutes or so to put together. First, we decided to test it out with our baby facing out. It was a smooth ride and it was easy to maneuver. On our next outing, we chose to have our baby face us. I loved this option! I love being able to watch her and keep a better eye on bert while we are out, but I think She enjoys seeing everyone else. Ha ha. Overall, this stroller is really nice and provides a smooth ride while allowing you to either jog or walk easily. The only downside is that this stroller takes up a lot of space in the car. It's not very compact and it was difficult fitting it comfortably in our cars. The wheels are very large and just make storage difficult. We had to separate the seat and the stroller in order to put it in my car, which is an SUV type vehicle.

Great jogging stroller with extra features
on September 16, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When this stroller arrived, I thought oh no I have to assemble it. But it was super easy and quick (10-15 minutes) to assemble. The stroller is fairly light for a jogging stroller, it pushes really easily and I love the big wheels, it makes going over bump trails and paths a breeze! You can lock the front wheel which is a must when jogging and going over rough terrain. The stroller is great to use in the countryside on walks or runs, and when running errands in town. The large basket has heaps of space for a changing bag, loading up with groceries or at the beach to carry towels, snacks, toys. I love the parent console, the cup holders are really useful and I really like the little hideaway cubby for keys etc. The kids drink and snack tray is great, it makes feeding snacks to my little one on the go much easier! I really like how easy it is to use a car seat with this stroller. It makes life easier to be able to pop the car seat onto the stroller quickly and easily. My youngest is out of his infant car seat but I tried putting it in and out without him in it!! The seat is huge and nicely padded. Both my 18 month old and 4 year old were really comfy sitting in it. My 4 year old sat in it after I had assembled it to watch some TV and I had a job getting him out!! The adjustable calf support is great in adjusting it to make it super comfy for my 18 month old or my 4 year old. I like that I can change the direction my little one faces (most jogging strollers I’ve seen don’t have this feature) he loves to face out but it’s great to have him face in when he is having a snack or I need to keep him awake!
The main downside for me is that the handlebar is not adjustable, and it feels fairly high for me when jogging (I’m 5’4”) but it is not uncomfortable. It is also large when assembled and folded. I store mine in the garage so the size isn’t a factor for me but for people with less storage space may find it a bit bulky to store when not in use.
Overall it is a great stroller for everyday use with the added bonus of being able to easily use an infant car seat with it. I would wholly recommend it.

A parents dream stroller!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So much thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with the Modes Jogger 2.0 Stroller! We love to take walks around the neighborhood, but the surrounding roads are super bumpy. This stroller has been nice and smooth and we hardly notice any bumps. This allows us to take longer walks—which is a win for everyone. My youngest loves riding in it, and her older siblings find it comfortable too. There is even an adjustable foot rest.I love that this is a jogging stroller, but with added capabilities and storage which you would typically find in a more traditional stroller. My favorite part is that you can easily switch the stroller seat from rear facing to front facing in the matter of a few seconds. My youngest loves being able to face me and I love seeing her! Then, sometimes she wants to face out and experience the world. We can do both! This stroller folds up quickly and easily and stands alone, which makes for easy transport. There are cupholders for both parent and child. There is tons of storage underneath, and it has a huge canopy which is great if you happen to get caught in the rain! The entire family loves this stroller and I would highly recommend it!

The Stroller that has it all
on September 18, 2019

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard for me to narrow down all of the features that I love about this stroller. To start, the building of this stroller out of the box was so simple and the directions were spot on so I was able to do this on my own with no help in about 20 minutes, which was greatly impressive. We do a lot of walking whether it is just walks around the block, to the park, at the zoo, wherever we decide to venture off to and let me tell you how great the steering on this is! The ease at which is turns is amazing! I previously used a different brand 3-wheel stroller that was hard to maneuver turns without having to back up and move around to get the wheels to work the way I needed them to. It is like cutting through air with these wheels. My 4 year old even asked, yes ASKED to push her little brother after telling me “this stroller pushes him better than the other one, I like walking him in this”. Haha! Also having the large storage underneath has been great for carrying necessities or even those stuffed animals that just have to come along can all fit under there as well. I can easily put the safety strap on and jog along; pushing my youngest while, my oldest rides her bike alongside of us. The wheel brakes/locks on the back wheels and front wheel work extremely well, there is no give in the brakes once you push the lever down so the fear of the stroller still rolling while on a hill is not a concern to have. The easy transition from forward facing to rear facing is fantastic as well. My youngest falls asleep on walks a lot and at some point ends up with the sun in his face. Instead of having to mess around with laying a blanket over the top to block the sun I can easily reverse the seat from forward to backward facing or vice versa in the matter of seconds. The added adjustable calf rest seemed to be a hit as well. When I would put it down, he would get fussy until I put it back up so it is safe to say that makes a difference in the comfort while riding in the stroller. Thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with this product, I could not have been more impressed and recommend this hands down!

Read this review and then go buy this stroller!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A big thanks to the weeSpring Parent Panel for providing me with the Graco Modes Jogger 2.0 Stroller giving me just the motivation I needed to get up and moving with my little one. I love love love this stroller! This is the 4th stroller I’ve owned in the last 4 years and by far my most favorite and I will tell you why. I do want to note that I have only used this for walking (for exercise and leisure) as I am not a runner or even a jogger. First, it’s glides across almost any walkable service so incredibly easy! It’s so smooth and almost effortless to push. This has been the number one problem for me with all of my other strollers. They did not make walking fun or easy! But this stroller makes any walk super enjoyable and doesn’t feel like a chore. Second, storage! It has an awesome 2-cup cupholder and compartment to store your keys, wallet, cards, etc and a nifty phone clip to keep your phone in place and not on the ground. It also has a removable 2-cup cup holder and snack cup holder for your little! Because we all know you can never have enough drinks/snacks and places to put them when you’re out with your kiddos! There is also an oversize storage basket underneath the seat for bags, purses, etc. This was a huge plus for me I always seem to have so much stuff to haul with me and my 4 kids. Last, the stroller seat is adjustable and it is so easy to do so! I was able to use the seat both outward facing and rear facing towards myself as my little one thought it was so funny to be able to look at mommy while we walked along. This was especially great for when we walked during very sunny times of the day and I could turn my little guy around to keep him out of the sun. In addition to the easy of adjusting the seat, there is a really fantastic oversized UV protection canopy that really shields from sunlight. So now I will mention my *not so great* feelings on this stroller. It’s kind of heavy and bulky. This is my first jogging stroller so I don’t have experience to compare size or weight, but it’s definitely not what I would call compact. I would not want to take this stroller out for quick trips because of its size but it was perfect to keep in my garage ready for our walks or to load up and take to a walking trail. For me, all the other things I mentioned above make up for this in my mind. As I raved about the easy of adjusting the seat, one downside is that the seat is very reclined (also adjustable to lay back for sleeping baby) but I wish it would sit more upright. My son loves to sit straight up and look around on our adventures and that was hard for him to do in this seat but he still loved to lounge as well. And my last not-so-favorite thing is that it wasn’t always as easy to fold up and it should have been. Sometimes the front wheel gets in the way and you have to move it in order to fold up the stroller which can just turn into a bit of an awkward production. Maybe this is me and my awkwardness and could just take some getting used to, so we will see. Overall, I love this stroller. My son loves this stroller. It’s great and I would totally recommend it to anyone looking to buy an affordable jogging stroller. Thank you weeSpring for letting me be a part of this Parent Panel!
