Disappointing

I’ve never hated a product more than this one. For the price it is not worth it. The front wheel constantly gets stuck, it doesn’t turn smoothly and is impossible to use in stores because the front wheel doesn’t go on the waxy floors. I’m now trying to find a replacement that will fit the car seats, after already spending the money.

Terrible handling - front wheel gets stuck, unsafe

Front wheel tracks to the right if locked. When it isn’t locked the front wheel randomly goes in different directions. This has caused me to nearly crash the stroller multiple times (when walking, not even jogging). NOT SAFE

Front wheel gets stuck

Front wheel gets stuck making it difficult to maneuver. When the wheel is locked, it tracks heavily to the right. Stroller is not safe and I would not recommend

Terrible steering!

I bought this for my daughter, we do a lot of outside activities that we really needed the big rubber wheels for! But this stroller is so bad at steering, the front wheel spins sideways so you come to a fast jerky stop, or just don't move at all. When its locked, it does fine, as long as you don't plan on taking any turns! This is baby number 3, we've had many strollers including double strollers that maneuver better.

Horrible product.. even the replacement!

The first product had an issue with the front wheel turning suddenly which you can imagine is a huge safety risk when running with a child. The replacement shakes at running speeds. I’m baffled this product is still on the market and would like a full refund. I’ve lost faith in all graco products and will be replacing my car seat as well.

I got this as a gift and used it for the first time in May. The front wheel is constantly getting stuck, it’s hard to turn and is impossible to push in stores. I want to love this because it has all the features I want but can’t use it because it doesn’t push or turn well.

Highly Disappointed

We got this stroller for our baby shower, and I was very excited. It worked great for the first few months of walks, and i enjoyed the click connect of being able to get our baby in and out quickly. BUT recently the front wheel has made be very angry, the front wheel started with locking up and making it very hard to push our baby, now it does nothing but extremely wabble and shake while at walking pace and if i try to run it shake/wabbles even worse, ruling this strolled completely useless to me and what we got it for. Would highly recommend not buying one of these!

Hate the wheel

I bought this stroller over a year ago and I am so disappointed. I front wheel is constantly getting messed up and I have to stop and manually move it. It’s such a pain trying to go anywhere.
