I loved it until….

I bought this as we are an active family and line the click connect feature! It WAS wonderful until the front wheel just started to randomly get stuck and never turn. Didn’t matter of cement, grass, or store floors. It would be hard to push. LOVED the multiple seat options and car seat adapter. The drink/phone holder was wonderful and you actually had room for stuff!! Sad the wheel went bad and this strollers no longer in stock…
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice...terrible maneuverability!

Received this as a gift from a relative. I picked it out and was so happy to get it. It looks great, has all the average features as most strollers do-cup holders, phone holder, decent size basket...BUT this thing will not push well or turn well. The front wheel constantly locks up and jams. The wheel gets stuck, baby jerks and the wheel cannot straighten out on its own. You have to fiddle with it for a bit. In fact that's all I do is try to fix it. I don't even like going on walks anymore because of this. Does not do well off road either, also causing the wheel to crap out. I spend more time trying to fix the front wheel than anything. I have never taken my baby for a jog because it does not even perform well walking. I'm honestly too scared to jog with it while baby is seated in it. Please don't buy this stroller. That front wheel seems to be a common problem. If you want a jogging stroller that really has a smooth ride and you don't mind the bulkiness or cost-get a BOB. It turns on a dime and rides through grass and bumps so smoothly. Even Graco strollers I have used 10 years ago or longer work better than this Modes 2.0 dud.

What a nightmare!

We just got clearance from the pediatrician for my baby to join me on a run. I was so excited to finally use our stroller, but it has been such a disaster. The front wheel shakes uncontrollably when it’s unlocked regardless of if I’m walking or jogging and when I try to lock the wheel, the whole thing pulls to the right side. The only way I can get the thing to move is by lifting it up on the back wheels. Super unsafe and who want to have to hold the stroller up while their trying to jog?! So disappointing given the cost of this stroller. Don’t waste your money!

What a NIGHTMARE!

Great value

The stroller has been good so far. I love the travel system and find it easy and convenient to get my baby in and out on the go. I also love that my baby will grow with this stroller and I'll be able to use it for many years to come. The biggest complaint I have is the front wheel doesn't turn smoothly, at all. I frequently get stuck when trying to maneuver through tight spaces. Overall, it's a good value, but again, I wish it turned better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Front wheel no replacement

I have had this stroller for 1 year and have been having problems with the front wheel assembly. I was disappointed to see that they do not offer replacement parts for the front wheel.
Other than that it has been a great stroller.

I bought this a few months ago and the front wheel gets consistently stuck. I walk every single day and was excited that this jogger can go on more rough terrains. Plus, this jogger would have been great because I spent so much time finding one that had reversed seating. I’m frustrated because besides the front wheel everything else is pretty standard.
