Attachments were dirty

I purchased the pink LG A9 cordless vacuum and love it. Ordered the attachments and when they were received, they were so dirty, not sure if they had been used or stored in a dirt barn. Highly disappointment, this is not the level of product that I would expect from this company, this is why I can only give 3 stars, you will need to clean each of the attachments before you bring them in your home to use. Once cleaned, the attachments are very nice and work well with the A9.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Performance, Quality
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the greatest, but some tools are useful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Some of the bristles on the Flexible Crevice Tool fell out about a month after receiving this set. It was only used 3-4 times. Not the best quality. The Mattress Tool and the Extendable Hose are the ones that I use the most. They are useful and work perfectly fine so far. I wish the Multi Angle Tool had a smaller head and that it locked in place like the other tools, then it would be perfect.
I had a hard time getting help from customer service for the broken tool, but after about 4 tries, the last person I spoke with was finally able to provide a satisfactory resolution.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These tools are handy and versatile. Didn't think I'd need these until I found each of them does actually serve different purposes:
-Mattress tool - bed headboard
-Hard dirt tool - multi floor surfaces
-Multi-angle tool - shelves
-Extendable hose and Flexible crevice hose - car seats
With just the main floor nozzle, I couldn't really get in the corners, hard-to-reach surfaces, or even the car interior. Because of our little one, household hygiene is esp important to us and with these tools we’ve finally gained a sense of control over our environment. It’s def worth getting these extra tools if you’re hesitating.

A lifesaver for cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The included accessories are a lifesaver for cleaning various areas around the house and even the car. They make reaching tight spots a breeze, and the hard bristles are super effective on tough messes. There is literally an accessory for any task I have. It has an accessory for cleaning the bed, which I always used the bare nozzle before because I didn't want to use the typical vacuum head to clean the bed, and there's a specific accessory for that. The flexible nozzle made the vacuum more portable when cleaning out the car and allowed me to get in hard to reach areas. The extending nozzle was also helpful for cleaning out the car and the baby car seat. The hard bristles on it really was effective in cleaning the floor mats. The multi-angle tool got into awkward spaces like the top of a cabinet shelf, and cleaning off the AC vents. It may seem like over-kill to get these accessories, but they actually make cleaning much more convenient and each tool has multiple uses I initially did not think was needed. It was a pleasant surprise being able to use these, and definitely worth it in my point of view.

Very thought out attachments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The attachments were perfect for cleaning my car and the hard to reach areas in the house. They are very well made. The hose attachment is the best, combined with the flex wand, game changer.. I have a separate nozzle for clean beddings. My car and house is absolutely dust free.

Amazing tools!

These tools make it so easy to get the hard to reach areas of my house. I have a dog that sheds A LOT so there is hair in places I can't even see. I love that these tools can get into crevices behind the couch or connect to the vacuum to reach the blades on my ceiling fan. I also love that it comes with a tool specific for a mattress, it makes cleaning it so easy!
