Does not follow scheduled on and off periods

For some reason this device will not follow the scheduled on off pattern I have programmed. Very often I come down in the morning at 05:30 and the light is off, even though the schedule is set for it to come on at 05:15 everyday. And in the evening, it is set to come on when it gets dark and 18:00, but quite often it misses the turn on period.I'm beginning to wonder if it loses time somehow. I have to turn it on manually with the button and then it will keep to it's schedule for maybe a day before going wrong again. I can't understand why it does it. I'm assuming that the timing comes from my phone via the app. but what real time clock is being used for the turn on and off times? It kinda sucks actually.
Pros: Packaged Well, quiet, Stylish, easy to install, WiFi Capable
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Flawless product

I have owned this from day one... Yes...day one! It has worked flawlessly ever since. I actually y use it to control led lights under my pool table, kinda a night-light! Love it! If it shuts off according to the schedule I set, and I want to keep it on longer I just manually hit the button, then tap the button to shut it down.. next day.. schedule works perfect! My only issue is.. more products are needed! Thank you MyQ!

I've been using those switches for the past 3 months and they are great. I can turn my lights on and off from my iPhone and with the schedule. Schedule works great, very easy to program and very flexible. The schedule is a nice security feature when not home.
It would be nice to have "sunrise/sunset" added to the schedule as a programming option.
Pros: very easy to install, schedule is easy to program, works like advertised, iphone compatible
Cons: no sunrise/sunset option on the schedule

Great product

This works like a charm with MyQ apps but the only downfall is that there is no schedule in the software to open and close the light at a specific time. if they come out with this option I would get another 4 as it's great for security. I don't really want to use my phone while on vacation to alternate the light in the house.
Great product I own 2 of these
Pros: easy install, good instruction
Cons: would require a schedule the app
