Displays better than it functions

The dispenser is simple to mount, Avalon provides the range of water cup sizes that dispenser can accommodate, but this really leaves something to be desired. The diameter of the cup's top rim is what's most important to ensure when dispensing a cup, only one cup comes out. I've tried 4, 6, 7, 10oz cups, plastic and paper and have yet to determine what water cup should be used. In my opinion, the aluminum tensioner that holds the cups in place makes it a clunky setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Simple and clean design. Works with the unit nicely. If you wish to fit this directly under a countertop, you'll need some extra height to fit the cup holder too. This was our only issue.
