I ordered a dresser and it came in damaged and I called customer service and I got a replacement top in two days. It was fantastic just easy, straightforward, and pleasant.!!!

It was so difficult to put together, too many parts. The drawer system is completely stupid, with studs that are supposed to stop the opening of the drawer. They slow it down, but doesn’t stop. We will probably make a secondary system to make sure… the dresser looks good though.

Missing a screw, but they got it to me. Came together really nicely and fits more than expected. Only criticism is that I wished the doors opened up more

really nice color (walnut), feels very sturdy. sometimes the drawers catch a little, but if you put tape or something to help glide them, they’re great.
