Gouges, Broken Pieces and Scratches

For the price, I was expecting to get a nice undamaged product, but there was a huge finger length gouge on the exterior wood piece, and several of the wood slats that go across the bottom of the frame were chipped, huge chunks missing, and scratches throughout. Seems as though this one skipped the quality check...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
