Sloane Blues Dresser (Walnut) Misleading Material

I purchased this dresser in Walnut, six drawers, and was initially pleased. That changed the moment I began assembly, and the build quality has been a problem ever since. What follows are the specific issues I encountered.
1. Thin plywood drawer bases. The base of each drawer is made of very thin plywood that buckles under everyday use. This happens even with lightweight items like socks. I don't store anything heavy like jeans in them. For the part of the dresser that matters most, this is a serious shortcoming.
2. Materials don't match the listing. The product images suggested solid wood, but several of the most critical parts, including the drawer bases, are plywood. This is not what I believed I was purchasing.
3. Unusable drawer depth (Step 18). Because of where the pegs in (Bag A) sit, the drawers stop well short of their full depth, so a portion of each drawer is effectively unusable.
4. Inconsistent pegs (Bag A). These pegs are used in several places throughout the build, but they aren't uniform in size or circumference. I didn't notice this until Step 4, by which point a peg I'd already inserted didn't reach the opposing panel, and couldn't be removed to swap in a correct one.
5. Difficult corner fasteners and poor instructions (Step 15, Bag K). Step 15 was the hardest part of the build. The hex key in (Bag K) didn't fit the corner bolts properly, and the instructions have you working from inside the dresser at an awkward angle. Each corner bolt , on both the legs and the rear sections, took roughly 30 minutes to seat, advancing only about ten degrees per turn.
6. Drawer fronts won't stay tight (Step 3, Bag H and Bag I). The hardware in (Bag I) doesn't fit the groove properly, so the drawer fronts loosen constantly. I've had to retighten them on a weekly basis since assembly.
A word of advice to other buyers: Download the manual from the website before purchasing, and ask the company about the individual components and materials.
Given the misleading materials and the structural issues with the drawers, I'm requesting a refund or return.

Looks amazing. Put it together all by myself in less than 2 hours. Super high quality and easy to follow instructions. Wood color is just like as pictured got matching bedside table and bed as well whole set looks incredible.

Pretty solid piece. It is all wood except for the back of the dresser which is MDF. The drawers slide smooth and are well supported. I will wax the rails to make it even better. The light color is true to the pictures. Like the style. We bought it as temporary Prime Suite / Future Guest Room furniture as we move into a new house. We are going to buy a couple more pieces and love it a little longer.

Great dresser for the price

I love this dresser. It took a while to assemble because there are many parts but it was a fun project. The final result is perfect. Looks really nice, sturdy and I like the all wood construction. No plastic. Def recommend this product!
