[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i assembled the desk and have started using it right away. It has a good overall finish and the slate gray color looks classy. It is compact too to fit in any tight space but still provide good utility.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot to say about this desk, so I'll start with the pros.. The desk is gorgeous. The industrial/modern vibe looks amazing in person and it is quite sturdy. Putting the desk together took very little time and was a one person job. The little clip on pen holder is handy and I no longer have to worry about accidentally knocking my pens over. The underneath cubbies go all the way back, so it's a substantial amount of storage space. For small spaces, this desk is a win. It offers enough desktop space without feeling like it takes up a whole room.
The cons... My desk arrived with a damaged corner. It isn't super noticeable, but still a bummer. It's clearly a defect, not a shipping issue. The mesh panel in the back looks cool, but it's attached with a very inconveniently placed metal bar. Because of this bar, you lose almost 5" of desk space. Can't push my printer back. Can't use a monitor riser. Can't organize the desktop how I want. The spacious cubbies are also kind of weird. They go so far back that it's easy to lose things. I'm trying to find shallow baskets that will fit in there without looking tacky.
