Thump thump...

Dryer makes thump thump noise. Technicians says it functioning as intended! Well, I don't thing any engineer would purposefully design a machine to make a thumping noise! And there are videos on youtube that have hundreds of thousands of views complaining about the same issue!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
