Worked well (super quiet) for 1 year only

A very bad (lemon) dishwasher. For only one year it worked well. Twice in the last 6 months it will not program.
We only used this brand new dishwasher approx 10 - 12 times in the last 2 yrs (approx). Presently it's under the counter and un-useable.
We can't afford to fix it or buy another dishwasher.

This dishwasher sucks, not even 18 months old and door to its coming off, won't continue a full cycle. 10 years my ****. Never again kitchen aid.

Died the first time we used it. Installed in an inlaw suite three years ago but never used. Tried to use it yesterday for first time.

Fine if you can keep it working

I bought this dishwasher in 2021, and now in 2024, we've gone through two new control panels. It's terrible. When it works, it's fine - cleans well, quiet, etc. - but what horrible quality. We're giving up and buying a new one.

Bought this dishwasher and have only used it on a few occasions, just me so don’t use it much at all

Designed to fail.

We are VERY disappointed with the poor durability of this dishwasher. GE’s quality has plummeted in recent years but the shoddiness and substandard components of this dishwasher have resulted in numerous leaks within 2 years of use. Now at 4 years of use, this piece of junk is leaking again and the dish racks are rusting! Fortunately for us, we have tile in our kitchen but if we had wooden floors they would be ruined. We are absolutely disgusted with what is an obvious attempt to foist a product designed to fail.
