Simple appliance

Very nice. Looks good with my other GE appliance’s. Simple to operate. It was just what I needed. Not a lot of the bells and whistles. But cleans all to well. Especially the pots and pans. Perfect for my one bedroom condo.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don't purchase

The touch screen never works- and when it was installed, during the pandemic, the Technician didn't install it correctly so the entire dishwasher falls forward when you pull out the racks. Even when the dishwasher is completely empty. Due to the pandemic I wasn't able to have someone come back into my condo for a repair.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this recently and have used it a couple of times. So far so good! Cleans well although I haven't given it really tough messes yet.

This dishwasher is super Quite, a great sanitizing boost for your dishes and fragile glasses, and cleans every session with outcome of exceptional CLEAN dishes and pots.

Rusty door inside 1 year

besides the apparent rust on stainless steel that shouldn't be happening this dishwasher has worked without issue - spoke to the GE warranty department and I was instructed that they do not deal with cosmetic related problems even if it is within the warranty period. Ideal scenario would have been to have them send a new cover if that was even an option I was not looking to deal with the hassle of a full replacement.

You're correct that the one year factory warranty does not cover cosmetic issues such as the rust seen here.
