Quiet machine

I’ve been this dishwasher a month ago it works very well very quiet and seems to get the dishes done. I wish it came with an owners manual having trouble understanding the control panel.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Flimsy parts

Disappointed to discover that the parts are cheap and flimsy on this one: from the first day, the plastic handles for the thin wire racks popped off several times a day--frustrating, but not the end of the world. One month into use, the lower rack left-front wheel carriage popped off and melted onto the heating unit in the tub. This is an $800+ dishwasher that has the quality of a much lower-priced unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very loud despite loading per instructions. One of the noises is that the water sounds like it’s leaking prompting me to always check if it is. I have to run items twice more frequently than not. Bought as a part of a kitchen remodel, should have spent more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was worried we were paying too much for a brand name I was only familiar with in the air-conditioners family! But I have been VERY pleased with BOTH the washing and drying capabilities of this unit! It is very visually appealing too. Just a “kit” like blue bar light for when it’s running. Give a light hue to the kitchen. Buttons are hidden and touch controls, seem to work as they should (I’ve had it for a couple months now after our 3yr old kitchen-helper broke and couldn’t get parts. :/ I was not pleased. I’m undergoing chemo and have four children so dishwasher has been a must!). I miss the third shelf of the kitchen-helper, and I miss the moving tines. In the bottom rack. But I like that the bottom rack has more space now, and I’m happy with the size of the utensil basket. Haier dries better than the kitchen helper did, as well-both were stainless steel interior, with heating element (a must if u have plastic cups)-even the kids plastic cups are dry and don’t need to go into the dish drain for drying... I’d say it could only be improved by how loud it is. My kitchen helper was virtually silent and there are times we can hear the haiar BLASTING those food particles off the dishware. A full on hurricane going on in there at times which can distract, so we’ve learned to just have a four hour delay on it and it runs sometime in the night. It’s really been an impressive machine. Even for the price (we’re in covid and NOTHING is avail in black) i would buy it again, just first next time.
