Great reviews - wish mine worked

We bought the whole suite of Cafe appliances. Impressed with the design and features. Unfortunately, our dishwasher has never worked since the install nearly eight weeks ago. We’ve had three visits from techs and it still is not working. Misdiagnosed or wrong parts or whatever but the most frustrating thing is the lack of support from our seller (Albert Lee in Seattle) and the additional lack of support from GE. No one seems to care to help us out. We asked for a replacement at the get go but we’re told GE won’t do that, it has to be fixed. Fine, but 8 weeks?? How about a temporary unit until this one is fixed?? Nope. On top of all this our Cafe refrigerator ice maker doesn’t work either. Very frustrating. No more GE for us after being a loyal customer in the last three homes. But I guess they don’t care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this dishwasher

We purchased this dishwasher after our old one died. The dishwasher does a great job and has much more room that the European dishwasher it replaced.

We're doing a reno of the kitchen & living room. We recently installed 4 new Cafe appliances-gas range, refrigerator, dishwasher and countertop microwave. They are beautiful
